On 12/4/78, SAs [name deleted] and Robert J. Oglesby, Jr. of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) received 22 cassette recordings made available by [name deleted], Guyana National Police (GNP), at Central Intelligence Division (CID) Headquarters, Georgetown, Guyana. Of these 22 tapes, 12 of them were blank, six contained music and unknown people talking, two were broken, one had Guyana radio newscasts and one which had previously been blank was reported on by GNP.
None of the above tape cassettes contained in the information deemed pertinent by SAs [name deleted] and Oglesby.
