1. People’s Temple member [2 lines deleted relating to identity of Lee Ingram] is reportedly a passenger on Cubana Air flight 455 destination Kingston. Plane departed Georgetown at 1215 and is due to arrive at Kingston at 1720, today, Feb 21.

2. For Kingston: Dept, FBI and Secret Service have requested immediate information on whereabouts [of] Temple members, particularly their plans to return to US.

3. Dept please notify concerned federal agencies.
