Copy of Newborn Identification form for infant boy [name deleted] born 11-23-74, bearing footprints of infant and two fingerprints of mother, [name deleted].

The specimens were examined and the fingerprints of value for identification purposes appear as follows:

One fingerprint on Newborn Identification form indicating date of birth as 2-26-70
One fingerprint on Newborn Identification form indicating date of birth as 3-4-73
One fingerprint on Newborn Identification form indicating date of birth as 11-23-74

The infant footprints appearing on the three forms are of no value for identification purposes.

No fingerprints were located in the Identification Division files for [name deleted].

The fingerprints appearing on the Newborn Identification forms are not identical with the unidentified body prints obtained from the victims in the captioned matter.
