1. Subject arrived Kingston February 21, on Air Cubana flight no. 455 about 1720 hours. He was denied entry by Jamaican immigration authorities, on instructions from their ministry of national security. Subject was placed on Air Jamaica flight which departed Kingston at 1900 on February 21, for Miami.
