Reference San Francisco teletype to Director, 1/17/79 and San Juan teletype to Director, 1/18/79.
On 2/12/79, Richard LaRoche, U.S. Consul, Bridgetown, Barbados, advised that to date he had received no information regarding travel of Charles Touchette, Michael Touchette or Carl Barnett into Barbados, if local authorities notify him of arrival of above individuals in the future, LaRoche will advise the San Juan Division. The Bureau and San Francisco will be advised of any information received by San Juan.
