TO DIRECTOR (89-4286) PRIORITY
ATTENTION: LABORATORY DIVISION, DOCUMENT SECTION, TECHNICAL EVALUATION UNIT, CRYPTANALYSIS SUBUNIT ROOM 3883 JEH [J Edgar Hoover building]
San Francisco is in the process of administratively controlling the documents received from Guyana in preparation for review. A cursory review indicates some documents obviously contain codes. During the review of the documents San Francisco desires the reviewing agents to be in possession of a readable “codebook”.
San Francisco has previously supplied the Cryptanalysis Subunit with Xerox copies of all code information.
