On January 30, 1979, Mr. Dennis Reece, Third Secretary and Vice Consul of the Embassy of the United States of America at Georgetown, Guyana, made available a copy of the coroner’s inquest which had been held during December, 1978, looking into the death of James W. Jones, et al.
