Re San Francisco telephone call to Detroit and Seattle, this date.
AUSA [Assistant US Attorney], San Francisco, has received request from Guyanese ambassador for addresses and telephone numbers of witnesses desired by the Government of Guyana to assist in their investigation and prosecution. Guyana ambassador indicated to AUSA, San Francisco, that he is requesting these witnesses to appear in Georgetown, date unknown, at the expense of the GOG.

For information of Bureau, Detroit, and Seattle, Guyana ambassador has already contacted some of the above individuals. AUSA, San Francisco requests that above individuals we immediately contacted and advised of anticipated contact by Guyana ambassador.
In addition, AUSA, San Francisco has requested that [2 names deleted] be re-interviewed. AUSA advised that a time of testimony, both were instructed to “collect their thoughts” concerning the incident at Jonestown and furnish to FBI on re-interview.
Detroit is requested to immediately notify [Odell Rhodes] of expected call from Guyana ambassador and make arrangements for reinterview.
Seattle at Puyallup. Will make notification to [Richard Cordell] and appointment for re- interview.
San Francisco will make notifications to Bagby, [2 names deleted].
