FBI San Francisco has begun a cursory review of second shipments of fifteen crates of evidence received from Guyana and the following has been observed:
Re Terri Buford: An undated, handwritten statement in which she states she would like to kill Governor Regan [Ronald Reagan] “just as soon as possible”. Second handwritten letter signed Terri Buford in which she states that she has succeeded in enough information of Livermore from in Troumg that “I can assure any nation that has the right price that I will be able to get them complete computer layouts for the atomic system in the northern hemisphere”, addressed to [name deleted] [Vanessa] [name released in duplicate document],

Re Michael Prokes: Undated statement, addressed to whom it may concern, “I plan to kill Henry Kissinger and Governor Regan as soon as I can…” Signed Michael Prokes.
Re Deborah Blakey: Undated signed statement in which she claims to hate the United States of America to the extent that “I will conspire to overthrow and assassinate the president. I enjoy fantasizing about it… I will use explosives and kill everyone in the area of the president…”
Re [name deleted], undated, typed letter, signed “faithfully [name deleted]”, statement is entitled “more contingency plans” in which [name deleted] proposes that she drop out of sight[,] obtain funds from various sources and to rob, if necessary. She proposes infiltration of Nazis as a cover, to change her personal appearance and to set up “prearranged dead drop or place”. Handwritten undated statement, signed [name deleted], in which she admits participation in the explosion of the Roseville, California, train, April 28, 1973. An undated, handwritten statement signed by [name deleted], in which she stated “I often feel like killing people. Shooting

them – my visions are always in blood. Lots of blood. I can barely control this urge especially since I carry a gun. I am afraid I will actually kill someone at any time. Please, please help me. [“] A handwritten, undated letter signed by [name deleted], in which she states “I have at numerous times plotted to kill various people. These include – President [Richard] Nixon, Kissinger, General [Alexander] Haig, Governor [George], Governor Regan…” Undated, handwritten letter addressed to comrades [names deleted] signed comrade [name deleted]. Letter states “the ammo and supplies came in today. We will meet at Clara Phillips’ house at nine tomorrow night to put the explosives together. Do you have the rest of the plans? [name deleted] thought the White House should go first but [name deleted] wants the Pentagon so we’ll figure it out tomorrow. I hope that Nixon and his fucking generals will be there…” An undated handwritten note from [name deleted] to JJ, marked private in which she proposes that if things get worse to drop out of sight and meet “only with you” and become better skilled in warfare, etc. (practice shooting).

Michael Prokes, DOB – May 31, 1947, Terri Buford, DOB February 4, 1952, and Deborah Blakey, DOB – February 7, 1953, all members of the Planning Commission, People’s Temple and are alive. It should be noted that Jim Jones required and dictated that members were to write incriminating statements implicating themselves in nonexistent criminal activities and sexual perversions. The FBI cannot assess the intent of actually carrying through with these threats but in light of the assassination of Ryan and the murder of 900 people in Guyana, our responsibilities dictate a notification of the existence of these letters to appropriate individuals.
San Francisco FBI has advised Secret Service locally, Attorney General’s office representative in San Francisco and the United States Criminal Investigative Command (CIC), San Francisco.
