Re San Francisco teletype to Detroit, dated March 2, 1979.
On March 2, and 6, 1979, [name deleted] [Odell Rhodes] recontacted by Bureau agent. He was advised that he would be contacted in the near future by the Guyana ambassador regarding his testimony in Georgetown. [Rhodes] advised that he has been expecting a call in this regard.
[Rhodes] further stated that he has attempted to recall additional information concerning the Jonestown incident, but could not provide any further information.
Armed and dangerous; suicidal tendencies.
