AUSA [Assistant US Attorney], San Francisco, has indicated desire that FBI obtain any videotape, film or recording made at the press conference of Michael Joseph Prokes on March 13, 1979 at Modesto, California. Sacramento requested to obtain either through contacts or purchase. AUSA does not desire to subpoena unless material cannot be obtained in any other way.
