For info of San Francisco, DCM [Deputy Chief of Mission] Richard Dwyer of AmEmbassy at Georgetown plans to be in the United States for his daughter’s graduation on June 8, 1979. Embassy suggests appearance before FGJ [Federal Grand Jury] at San Francisco might be scheduled in conjunction with that trip.
