Enclosed for the Bureau is an envelope containing polygraph charts and forms.

On 2/12/79, [name deleted] appeared at the NYO in order to be given a polygraph examination. He stated that he was deceptive when given the original polygraph by the FBI since he led the FBI to believe that the information he was supplying was first-hand information. He has now stated that most of the information he has provided was obtained by him from other people.

Examination conducted on 2/12/79 by SA [name deleted] does not indicate deception concerning relevant questions asked.

The Laboratory has received polygraph charts enclosed with reairtel.

A technical review of the polygraph examination charts and related documents pertaining to the examination of [name deleted] on February 12, 1979, has been completed. This review disclosed that the responses are inconclusive in all aspects.

All charts are being returned herewith for appropriate filing.
