1. Folowing [Following] cable from Director FBI to Embassy received March 23: quote: People’s Temple. By teletype dated March 22, 1979, to the Bureau San Francisco advised: Assistant United States Attorney, San Francisco, advised he desires U.S. Embassy Consul Richard Dwyer, Georgetown, Guyana, to testify before the Federal Grand Jury, Northern District of California. U.S. Embassy Georgetown, Guyana, reuested to furnish date Consul Dwyer could appear before Federal Grand Jury (FGJ), San Francisco. The FGJ meets weekly on Wednesday. Unquote.

2. FYI DCM Dwyer plans to be in U.S. for daughter’s graduation on June 8. Perhaps appearance could be scheduled in conjunction with that trip.
