During the course of review of evidence received from Guyana that John L. Bonham, DDS, 3931 Grand Avenue, Oakland, California, 655-0445, furnished dentures in 1977 to Selika Bordenave.
Inasmuch as San Francisco records show that Bordenave has not been identified as deceased, identification division may desire to furnish above dentist’s name and address to Armed Forces Institute of Pathology to obtain dental records to assist in identification.
