Travel of SA Donald R. Hale to Guyana is approved for the purpose of meeting with appropriate Guyanese officials concerning mutual interest in the administration of justice concerning captioned matter. FBIHQ will arrange for SA Hale’s reception by the Government of Guyana through the U.S. State Department at Georgetown, Guyana. Legat Robert Oglesby, Caracas, Venezuela, will accompany SA Hale while in Guyana. You will be advised by FBIHQ when SA Hale’s itinerary has been approved. SA Hale should immediately obtain an official U.S. passport and necessary medical documents and visas.
