This Department is investigating a missing persons complaint registered by [name and address deleted], Leland, Michigan 49654. I am enclosing all the information we have on the missing subject, for your information.
In talking with the missing subject’s father, it appears to me he possibly could have been involved in the Guyana incident as he appears to think like some of those people.
In as much as he had a passport, perhaps there are fingerprints on file with your Department. Could you check to see if this missing subject could possibly have been one of the victims of Guyana?
I would like to report on your findings, either negative or positive in regard to this subject.
