1. EMBOFF [EMBASSY OFFICER] HAS ATTENDED EVERY SESSION OF INQUIRY INTO DEATHS OF SHARON AMOS ET AL. NO MEMBER OF DEFENSE TEAM HAS EVER RECOMMENDED TO COURT THAT ORIGINAL CHARGES AGAINST ACCUSED BE DROPPED AND REPLACED BY CONTEMPT OF COURT CHARGES.

2. NO FORMAL OPENING STATEMENT WERE MADE, EITHER BY THE DEFENSE OR PROSECUTION, AT THE BEGINNING OF INQUIRY ON JAN 19, ALTHOUGH BEFORE FIRST WITNESS WAS CALLED, SOME DISCUSSION TOOK PLACE CONCERNING FIXING A DATE FOR RESUMPTION OF THE ORIGINAL INQUIRY, IN WHICH [CHUCK] BEIKMAN ALONE IS CHARGED.
