Department contacted by [Tony Tamburello], attorney obtained by Laurence Layton’s father, who inquired if Embassy could arrange to find someone who would be willing to provide food to Laurence Layton on a daily basis for a fee. Since Department does not have Privacy Act authorization from Laurence Layton to provide information to [Tony Tamburello], Depoff was not able to report that subject intended to take up the matter with Paula Adams and Debbie Touchette.
