Serial 2310

Editor’s note: Serial 2310 is a virtual duplicate of Serial 2309, the text of which may be found here. The differences between the two are that:

• The duplicate crosses through the introductory lines listing the agencies sending and receiving the serial.
• The duplicate inserts an opening line which reads: “By teletype Oct 12, 1979, San Francisco advised:”
• The final line of serial is deleted.
