The following was received by immediate teletype from Amembassy [American Embassy], at Georgetown, Guyana:
Minister of Justice and Attorney General Shabbuddin [Mohamed Shahabudeen] orally informed charge Oct. 24 that Government of Guyana concurs in conditions set forth by Harold Cordell and Juanita Bogue, para. 2 reftel.
Attorney General states that prosecution wishes presence of Dale Parks, Harold Cordell and Juanita Bogue. Prosecutor does not repeat not request presence of Odell Rhodes. (Comment: Do not believe Rhodes was present at Port Kaituma airstrip at time of murders.)
Attorney General also stated that authorities did not believe necessary for Vern Gosney to return if witnesses para 2

above were present. In view of fact that Gosney was aboard aircraft and allegedly shot by Layton, however, if Parks, Bogue, or Cordell unavailable. Attorney General will check with Department Public Prosecution and let Embassy know Oct. 25.
