This is to confirm above telephone calls advising that Vernon Gosney and Odell Rhodes due to arrive Miami, October 29, 1979 at 3:55 PM via National flight 54. Will stay overnight at Crossway Airport Inn, Miami, and depart Pan Am flight 427, 3:30 PM, October 30, 1979. SA Donald Hale of San Francisco Office presently at Georgetown, advised and he will notify Guyanese authorities and arrange meet at airport. Efforts to locate Dale Parks at San Francisco unsuccessful to date and Mr. Alfred Hantman, Criminal Division, Department of Justice, on late afternoon of October 29, 1979 states it appears now that Harold Cordell will not go to Guyana.
