Examination requested by: Criminal investigator Division
Reference: Bureau teletype dated January 26, 1979
Examination requested: Duplication
FBI file no: 89-4286
Lab. No.: 90206056 E SH

Remarks:

On January 31, 1979, a shipment of 7 cases of evidence was received from Legat, Caracas. This shipment included 226 video tapes, 2 16mm movie films, and 184 audio magnetic tapes.

Examination and disposition of videotapes and movie films has been previously reported.

Certain numbers originally set aside to be used in numbering items in the shipment were not used and therefore, the following numbers do not correspond to any item of evidence:

Q918
Q1000-Q1006
Q1051-Q1052

To facilitate handling and to make possible the playing of Q1053-Q1059 by San Francisco, each of these tapes was rewound onto two 10 ½-inch reels rather than on the original 14-inch reels.
