Editor’s note: The FBI continues to withhold some serials virtually in their entirety. Serial 2335 is one of those, withheld under Exemption (b) (1) – the national security exemption – of the Freedom of Information Act. Aside from a (highly-redacted) cover letter indicating that the serial was translated into English and three random and con-contextual pages (also highly redacted), the document reveals only that 24 pages have been withheld under this exemption.
