Serial 2397

Editor’s note: Serial 2397 is a virtual duplicate of Serial 2396, the text of which may be found here. The differences between the two are:

• The duplicate crosses through the introductory lines listing the agencies sending and receiving the serial;
• The duplicate adds a line at the head of the serial: “San Francisco Office (89-250) advised by teletype February 13, 1980, as follows:”; and
• The duplicate strikes the final line of the serial.
