This department contacted [name deleted] who lives at [address deleted] in Caldwell, Texas 77836. [name deleted] is a sister to Addie B. Jones, black female, DOB 10-24-14. [name deleted] informed this officer that Addie B. Jones was looked after by another sister of hers, [name deleted], who lives at [address deleted], San Francisco, California 94124. Telephone area code [number deleted]. [name deleted] informed this officer that Addie B. Jones was in a sanitarium in California and also in Terrell, Texas. She was admitted in the sanitarium at Terrell, Texas as Mrs. Addie Washington, or Mrs. Hardy Washington.
This officer checked with the County Clerk’s office here in Burleson County for a birth certificate, but there was none on file.
