Serial 2421

Editor’s note: Serial 2421 is a virtual duplicate of Serial 2420, the text of which may be found here. The differences between the two are:

• The duplicate crosses through the introductory lines listing the agencies sending and receiving the serial;
• The duplicate adds a line at the head of the serial: “By teletype, 3/21/80, FBI, SF, furnished the following information:”; and
• The duplicate deletes the last line of the serial.
