Buckley, San Francisco Division, to Georgetown, Guyana, for the purpose of accompanying United States citizens, Vern Gosney and Odell Rhodes, who are scheduled to testify on April 2, 1980, in the trial of Larry Layton, in Guyana.

San Francisco immediately advise FBIHQ as to travel plans for SA Buckley, Gosney, and Rhodes for relay to legal attaché Bogota, and for notification to United States Department of State.
