Roger Cubbage, Departmental Attorney, US Department of Justice (DOJ), Washington, DC, advised FBIHQ that the Larry Layton trial in Guyana, has been rescheduled for May 5, 1980. No firm date has been established for the testimony of witnesses, Vernon Gosney and Odell Rhodes.

San Francisco ensure that SA Daniel J. Buckley is advised, as well as, witnesses Gosney and Rhodes.

FBIHQ will notify San Francisco of the date that witnesses, Gosney and Rhodes, are needed to testify, upon receipt of same from DOJ.
