Government of Guyana has no objection to visit for observation of Layton trial by FBI Special Agent [Don Hale] and US Attorney [Michael] Nerney. Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) still expects the trial to resume May 5, 1980. DPP still wishes presence here on that date of witness Vern Gosney, DPP still does not, repeat not, require presence of [Odell Rhodes].
