Re tel calls between San Francisco and SA [name deleted], FOIPA Branch.
Enclosed for Bureau on one copy each of three WFO airtels to San Francisco, dated 1/29/79, 3/26/79 and 4/20/79. Also enclosed under separate package are 2062 US State Department documents with index.
The State Department documents were reviewed by Case Agent. The following documents were identified and discussed with AUSA San Francisco and determination made that release of same would interfere with the government’s case in court.
Documents numbered: #172, 206, 989, 1167, 1307, 1310, 1321, 1322, 1329, 1424, 1540, 1994.
It should be noted that the only criteria used in selection and identification of above documents was “significant interference in government’s case in court.”

Box 4 – Briefcase of Ryan furnished by Holsinger on 12/8/78.
Passport applications to Guyana will follow by separate communication, when delivery is completed by USDS, Passport Office.
