Reiterman, born [date deleted]; Karen Jacqueline Speier, born [date deleted]; Stephen Sung, birth unknown; and possibly Charles Krause, birth unknown; were treated.
WFO is requested to furnish San Francisco full name and address of medical facility and name and title of custodian of records for subpoena duces tecum.
San Juan furnished same for Roosevelt Roads Naval Station.
