Serial 2515

Editor’s note: Serial 2515 is a virtual duplicate of Serial 2514, the text of which may be found here. The differences between the two are:

• The duplicate crosses through the introductory lines listing the agencies sending and receiving the serial;
• The duplicate adds a line at the head of the text which reads: “By TT [teletype] dated 10/14/80, FBI, SF, furnished the following information:”; and
• The final line directs the US Department of State to relay the serial to the American Embassy, Georgetown, Guyana.
