1. The local office of Pan Am advises us that an unknown male has been phoning that office asking for today’s Georgetown-Trinidad Pan Am passenger manifest. When asked why he wanted it, he said he wants to see Lawrence Layton. He indicated he would make an effort to board the aircraft.
2. We are advising GOTT [Government of Trinidad and Tobago] officials.
3. Late development; Pan Am has just identified the caller as [name deleted]. Police being advised.
