1. CANA article in today’s “Express” states that High Court has prohibited Layton from leaving Guyana before the court determines a claim for G. dols 95 thousand brought against Layton by a local attorney. Article states this “order has virtually disrupted arrangements by the FBI to fly Layton back to the US… to stand trial for the Ryan murder.”
2. We need to advise GOTT [Government of Trinidad and Tobago] immediately whether or not Layton is coming through today.
