1. Layton scheduled to depart Guyana on PAA [Pan-American Airlines] 228 on October 10. He will be accompanied by two FBI agents.

2. FBI agents would appreciate the support and assistance of GOTT [Government of Trinidad and Tobago] officials in preventing Layton from disembarking aircraft at Piarco.
