Since the Pan Am Georgetown-New York flight involves a one hour layover at Piarco Airport in Trinidad during which time passengers are allowed to leave the aircraft, we have advised the GOTT’s [Government of Trinidad and Tobago] Chief Integration Officer, Percy “Meggie Smith, of Layton’s probable transit through here.

2. Action requested: Smith states that it is highly important that he know ASAP whether Layton will be accompanied by a Marshall or other law enforcement officer. Please advise.
