Re United States Attorney, G. William Hunter, travel to Guyana with Assistant United States Attorney Robert L. Dondero, Department of Justice Special Assistant United States Attorney Alan Sobol, and Special Agent, FBI Donald R. Hale.

Since scheduled trip will require layover en route, itinerary has been modified to include layover in Martinique, French Antilles, to facilitate interview desired by United States Attorney with Consulate General, Richard Dwyer, who is victim in instant matter.

In addition to the request set forth in referenced teletype, American Embassy Georgetown is requested to arrange meeting for United States Attorney with Attorney General of Guyana.

Bureau is requested to relay to State Department for immediate transmittal to American Embassy Georgetown and US Consulate Martinique. Bureau requested to relay to SAC, San Juan for info.
