For information of the Bureau, communication with American Embassy, Georgetown, this date determined that restraining order against Larry Layton has been dismissed. American Embassy, Georgetown, has advised they are currently attempting to meet with Director of Public Prosecution to facilitate the expulsion of Layton from Guyana at the earliest mutually convenient date. American Embassy, Georgetown, advised they would keep FBI San Francisco apprised of developments.
