Hale and [name deleted] will depart San Francisco on October 3, 1980 at 10:00 PM via United flight 24, and connect in New York with Pan-American flight 227, to arrive in Georgetown, Guyana at 11:30 PM on October 4, 1980. SA’s Hale and [name deleted] will maintain liaison through American Embassy with Guyanese authorities concerning US interests in Laurence John Layton.
American Embassy is requested to assist agents at Guyanese Immigration-Customs and secure accommodations.
Bureau is requested to relay to American Embassy at Guyana through appropriate channels.
