FBIHQ approval granted for travel of San Francisco Special Agent Donald R. Hale to Martinique, arriving December 5, 1980, and subsequent travel to Georgetown, Guyana, arriving December 8, 1980, with expected return on or about December 10, 1980.

Purpose of travel is to assist US Attorney, Northern District of California, entourage in the RYMUR investigation.

Note: Attached San Francisco teletype sets forth the details of San Francisco SA Donald R. Hale’s travel to Martinique and Guyana for purpose of assisting the USA, NDC, entourage in the RYMUR investigation.

By way of background, FBIHQ previously granted approval for SA Hale to travel with the USA, NDC, to Georgetown, Guyana, on 10/18/80 and 11/9/80. Both of these trips were postponed at the decision of the USA, NDC.
