1. Layton is scheduled to depart Georgetown for Port of Spain on Friday, November 21, on BWIA 464 at 1445 and to travel from Port of Spain to New York on BWIA 424 leaving Port of Spain at 1645. Once again we would like to request assistance of TT [Trinidad-Tobago] officials during change of aircraft at Piarco. Their willingness to help as in the past is most appreciated.
2. Layton will be accompanied by three US marshals who are now in Georgetown. Chief of the marshal team is [name deleted]. With him will be [2 names deleted]. All three will be armed.
