Enclosed for BQMRA is original and one copy of USDC, NDC, subpoena for Dr. Sukhdeo.
For information of the Bureau and Newark, BQMRA case agent is thoroughly familiar with RYMUR case and has twice interviewed Dr. Sukhdeo. It is felt service by BQMRA known to Dr. Sukhdeo would be preferable.
BQMRA should note that voluntary compliance with enclosed subpoena will be deemed satisfactory if Dr. Sukhdeo furnishes the requested material to serving agent at the time of service and that no appearance will be necessary.
