She is in process of channeling defense requests for statements of witnesses to attention of US Attorney, San Francisco, via [name deleted], US Department of State.
For information on San Francisco, Richard Allen Duyer [Dwyer], former Deputy Chief of Mission, US Embassy, Georgetown, is

now US Consul, Fort de France, Martinique, French West Indies. Cuyer [Dwyer], contacted by San Juan liaison agents on other matters, was not aware of current status of prosecution, but felt he would be called by witness.
