For information on San Francisco, Richard Allen Duyer [Dwyer], former Deputy Chief of Mission, US Embassy, Georgetown, is

Cuyer [Dwyer], contacted by San Juan liaison agents on other matters, was not aware of current status of prosecution, but felt he would be called by witness.
