1. Assistant US Attorney Robert Dondero, Northern District of California desires the attendance of the following Guyanese witnesses:

(A) Deputy Commissioner of Policy [Police] Skip Roberts, Georgetown, Guyana:
(B) Detective Inspector of Police Jagmahon, Albertown Police Department:
(C) Detective Superintendent of Police Alvin Smith (for whereabouts):
(D) Supernumerary Constable Mortimer Kansan-Ally, Port Kaituma, Northwest Territory:
(E) Dr. Leslie Mootoo, Georgetown Hospital, Georgetown, Guyana
(F) Joel Clementson, Port Kaituma, Northwest Territory.

2. Each witness should be furnished GTR for round-trip air coach transportation between witness’s residence in the city at which the court is sitting (San Francisco), and Guyana dollars 200 (equivalent US dollars 78.58) cash per diem. The foregoing are to be charged against Justice appropriation member 1510311, Fees and Expenses of Witnesses, Department of Justice, 1G6011 Fund Code.

3. Arrangements will be made by [Donald Hale], Special Agent, FBI, San Francisco, to meet witnesses at port of entry, provide balance of attendance fee and assist in onward transportation to San Francisco.

4. As per reftel (B), pretrial hearing is scheduled for July 7, 1981, trial scheduled for July 9, 1981. Roberts, Smith, Jagmahon, Kansan-Ally, and Clementson should travel by July 5, 1981. If that date is not possible, they should travel earlier. Mootoo’s presence required week of July 13, 1981.
