The unrecorded serial following serial 2665 is a United States Government Memorandum dated September 8, 1981, entitled “Commitment Report,” to be used following the trial of Larry Layton. At that point the results of the trial were “not known.” The names of the prosecuting and defense attorneys were deleted.
