On September 13, 1982, United States Court of Appeals, Ninth District, San Francisco, California (three-judge panel) will hear oral arguments on government’s motion to reverse evidentiary matters denied by trial judge.

Appellate decision would be forthcoming approximately 30 to 60 days thereafter. Probability of further appeals likely, which in effect would postpone trial indefinitely.
