For information of receiving offices, US district trial judge in captioned matter has again denied certain government’s evidence. Decision currently under appeal and hearing for a redress set for June 25, 1984.
For information of San Juan, United States Attorney’s office request the following from American Embassy Georgetown, Guiana [Guyana].
Renew efforts to obtain Larry Layton’s medical records during his period of incarceration at detention cell, Eve Leary, Georgetown, and Georgetown prison.

Contact Doctor [name deleted] of Georgetown prison and obtain from him telephone number at which she can be reached by US government psychiatrist Doctor [name deleted], MD, San Francisco telephone number (415) 324-2226. San Francisco government psychiatrist desires telephonic conversation with Doctor [name deleted] at some mutually agreeable time within the next 30 to 60 days. Government psychiatrist request that Doctor [name deleted] have with him at the time of contact copy of above requested medical records and or dates of physician visits be in his position if available. Doctor [name deleted] would also request to have same records in his possession at that time.
The Bureau is requested to relay above to the United States State Department, Bureau of Consulate Affairs, CA/SI/CCS, attention: [name deleted].
