Serial 2718

Editor’s note: Serial 2718 is a virtual duplicate of Serial 2722, the text of which may be found here. The differences between the two are:

• The duplicate crosses through the introductory lines listing the agencies sending and receiving the serial;
• The duplicate substitutes a new introductory line, which reads: “By teletype January 7, 1986, FBI San Francisco furnished the following:” and
• The duplicate deletes the last two paragraphs of the serial.
