On March 10, 1986, Chief Judge Robert F. Peckham, US District Court, Northern District of California, postponed trial of US vs. Layton, from April 15, 1986, until June 24, 1986. Jury selection should commence on that day with testimony being taken starting second week in July, however, additional postponements are certainly possible.

Guyana witnesses, Supernumerary Constable Mortimer Kansanally and former police inspector Jagmohan should be so advised.

FBI Laboratory, Special Projects Unit, Visual Information Specialist [name deleted] should be advised of trial postponement.
